1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Uptivly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Uptivly provides a website monitoring platform that enables users to track website health, organize workspaces, and access monitoring data via API and mobile app. The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan at $8 USD/month.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API bearer tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Plan

New accounts start on the free plan with access to core monitoring features. No credit card is required. You may upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock additional features.

5. Billing and Payment

The Service is billed monthly at $8 USD. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period during which full access is maintained while we retry the payment. Failing continued payment, the account may be suspended.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then. Data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, overloading the API with excessive requests, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict data isolation and do not share data between workspaces.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uptivly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to downtime, data loss, or missed alerts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
